Helping you uncover underlying emotions and move beyond negative cycles of interaction so you can restore the loving closeness you once shared.

Two young women sitting outdoors on grass, laughing and smiling. One woman has brown hair and is wearing a white T-shirt with a graphic, while the other woman has dark curly hair and is wearing a gray cardigan. They are engaged in a friendly conversation, with one woman touching her face and the other covering her face with her hand.

At the heart of my approach is a recognition of the shared humanity that connects us all. I believe that we’re all doing the best we can with the tools we have—none of us are broken or in need of fixing. We learn to adapt to our environments, experiences, and relationships in ways that help us survive emotionally and make sense of the world. Eventually, these strategies may no longer serve us or fit who we are becoming. Therapy offers a space to explore these patterns together and begin developing new ways of being that support this version of you.
